• Wellbeing Coaching offers peer support in a safe and confidential environment. It allows you to explore aspects of well-being that may impact your life and helps you identify your next steps and available resources.
• Gain immediate access to free, confidential teletherapy and mental health crisis support 24/7, all year round, through Uwill, in partnership with the Student Counseling Center. Use your ISU email and zip code 50011 to create an account.
• Therapy Assistance Online provides strategies to manage anxiety, depression, and other concerns (use your ISU email).
